Small Groups

To better my students communication skills and to help them get to know one another I will let my students get into small groups and do projects, classwork, or even quizzes. This will encourage them to engage in teamwork and to communicate with everyone in their class. This will also help with hands on learning.

Blog

I will use blogging in my classroom.
I will do the following:

-post assignments
-post due dates
-post different links to appropriate resources for subjects I will teach
-I will be able to communicate with the students and their parents if they
have any questions
-sign students topics to research
-Encourage students to post comments on their classmate's blogs

iTunes University

I plan to use iTunes University in my classroom. This gives my students, parents, and I another form of communicating. I will be able to get great information from other teachers and use different ways of teaching. My students will benefit from iTunes University because they could look at podcast completed by other students. The parents will benefit by looking at their child's accomplishment in producing podcasts or vidocasts.

FUN FUN FUN

I believe that students learn better when they are having fun learning. I will incorporate fun activities that go with my lesson for my subjects I will teach. The students will be learning and having fun and they want even know that they are accomplishing their work or that they are actually learning. I will have my students up and moving around and not just sitting all day in their seats.
